For the past 9 years Jared has been learning and developing his skills in the Residential and Commercial Maintenance Industry. He started as a technician for a local Commercial Maintenance company in Kennesaw. For 5 years he worked his way from Technician learning all aspects of Commercial Maintenance. He finished his time at this local company in Sales working directly with property managers, building relationships and the business. Jared’s next focus was on the property management side of the things where Jared spent 2 years managing 11 Medical Properties in the South and Midwest. Jared got to see the other side of the business and deal directly with vendors and Commercial Maintenance companies. Jared then moved to a local Atlanta Commercial Property Maintenance Company for 2 years where he managed over 100 properties ensuring that all maintenance needs were met.
In 2023 Jared decided to take all his skills and knowledge and follow his dream and start Velocity Property Services. Jared understands what residential and commercial customers expect from a Property Service company. ​
When Jared is not focusing on his customers at Velocity he spends time with his beautiful family. Jared and his wife Kalyn have two boys and a girl that keep them busy with school, sports and pool time. Jared hopes one day to pass his business down to his children.
